AK-47 | Slate
Players pick this rifle, released 3 May 2021 at Restricted rarity, for three traits: a dark finish, steady trading and easy replacement under stickers.
Slate works as a base for crafts
The Snakebite Collection holds this AK, a flat dark green finish rated Restricted. At that tier even a Factory New copy can be an everyday purchase, which suits crafters. A failed sticker placement then costs you a plain rifle, not a Fire Serpent.
Two different markets exist for it. A crafted Slate is priced mainly by its stickers and scrapes, whereas a bare one is priced by float and StatTrak. The sticker guide draws that line.
