AWP | Medusa
An AWP from a map collection. The M4A4 Poseidon belongs to the same collection but sits one tier lower.
Wear ranges for Medusa
A float is attached to a copy once, and play does not touch it. The wear labels cover stretches of that number. Medusa is sold in each stretch its float limits reach, and the table shows the overlap.
| Wear | Overlap | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Factory New | 0.00 – 0.07 | Listed wear |
| Minimal Wear | 0.07 – 0.15 | Listed wear |
| Field-Tested | 0.15 – 0.38 | Listed wear |
| Well-Worn | 0.38 – 0.45 | Listed wear |
| Battle-Scarred | 0.45 – 1.00 | Listed wear |
Covert from a map collection
Medusa dates from 26 May 2015 and belongs to The Gods and Monsters Collection. Souvenir packages draw on that collection, while the weapon cases that drop each week do not, and no StatTrak version was part of the print. A souvenir carrying stickers and an ordinary Medusa need different price statements.
Floats cover 0.00 up to 1.00. The M4A4 Poseidon is Classified and has a lower cap, even though it shares that collection, so rarity color on one gun gives no hint about the other.
Before you buy, identify whether a listing is a souvenir, then compare floats inside the wear you want. Mixing the two kinds of copy in one comparison would hide the price difference between them.
