Revolution Case: a glove jackpot is not a better average

Revolution Case

Revolution, released 31 January 2023, puts gloves in the gold slot, not a new knife.

Glove jackpots versus the average opening

Revolution stays in the conversation as a glove case because its reds are easy to recognize: the M4A4 Temukau, the AK-47 Head Shot and, beside them, the AWP Duality. Gold is a glove finish from this pool, at the same 0.26 percent, divided among every glove in the case.

The gloves account for the highlights reel. They say little about the average. A glove jackpot cannot rescue an opening whose Mil-Spec majority is worth less than the key.

The jackpot math: 0.26%

Our take: the covert's name moves red and leaves gold alone. About 0.26% of openings in a regular weapon case reach the rare slot, and the odds guide lays out the wear ladder for every other result.
