Winter Offensive Case: M4A4 Asiimov, not the AWP
Winter Offensive is home to the M4A4 Asiimov, with the same float floor as the later AWP but another collection.
One paint, two collections
Released 18 December 2013, this case holds the M4A4 Asiimov, float 0.18 to 1.00. Because the paint matches, players group it with the Phoenix AWP, but the collections differ. Trade-ups follow the collection, so inputs from Winter Offensive will not turn into the AWP.
Gold on a standard case: 0.26%
Gold is the rare slot: roughly 0.26% of openings in a regular weapon case, with wear driving every other result (see the odds guide). Our take: a covert's name moves red and leaves gold alone.
