Sticker | Howling Dawn
Contraband, as with the M4A4 Howl, so no new supply enters the game.
Howling Dawn: Contraband means no new copies
Howling Dawn carries the Valve rarity label Contraband, shared with the M4A4 Howl. The label means the same here: no new copies are entering the game. That is the whole link. The sticker is not a Howl, and nothing Howl-related comes with it.
Put on a rifle, it becomes a craft built from an item no capsule can replace. Major gold stickers are a different case. They are Contraband in no sense, only a high finish from a print run that is finite but ordinary.
Downside: removing the sticker from a rifle does not return it. Apply it only if you can accept that loss.
