Falchion Case: AWP Hyper Beast and the Falchion knife
The Falchion knife shape debuted in the rare slot of this 26 May 2015 case, whose covert is Hyper Beast.
Gold means a Falchion, not a Karambit
Open for 'a knife' without naming the shape and the payout will surprise you. Here the gold roll is a Falchion's finishes, since the rare special is the Falchion knife. The covert is the AWP Hyper Beast, and the float cap usually cited for it is 0.50.
How often gold appears: about 0.26%
Our take: a covert can be famous and still say nothing about gold. Fame fills the red tier, nothing more. The rare slot itself shows up around 0.26% of the time in a regular weapon case, with every other result following the wear ladder in the odds guide.
