CSGOEmpire is a skin-betting site that has run since 2016 per its footer, and its main strength is how money leaves: P2P skins and 11 cryptocurrencies. Its main weakness is that several of its own pages disagree with each other, on the house edge, on the licence and on which countries are banned. We checked it on 29 Sep 2026 from Georgia.
We do not deposit or withdraw money in our tests, so payout speed comes from published rules and public reviews.

Is there a promo code worth chasing?
Not in the sense of a deposit bonus. The site gives one free case at registration with no code, and a referral code unlocks one Gift Case, which the help centre describes as the same case. The two do not stack. We found no first-deposit bonus and no direct cashback.
Our code is cs2check, entered when you open the free case. The partner says it comes with a free case alongside your top-up, up to $1,500; we did not measure that figure. Our own test drop on 1 Oct 2026 was a skin worth 0.01 coins.
Downside: the site does not show what the free case is worth in money. If you want a code that lifts a deposit, this is not the place, and the promo criterion sits at 3.0 of 5 for that reason.
What is in the account after sign-up?
You get the free case and a login screen that offers email, Steam and Google. After login there is a Daily Case, available from level 1 or after a first deposit, with a Low, Medium or High risk choice. You can open it or cash it out into coins.
Levels run on wagering, and the site says a higher level means a better Bonus Case. The ladder has seven steps, from Rust at level 1 to Unbreakable at level 120. The site shows no value for any of these cases.
Downside: the ladder rewards volume, and you cannot see the price of the prize you are climbing toward. If you play small, expect to stay on the low rungs.
Which routes put money on the balance?
The deposit page lists 21 methods: one for skins, nine for cash such as cards and e-wallets, and eleven for crypto. Skins go in P2P: you list an item, a 3-minute auction runs, a buyer pays in coins, and Steam carries the trade offer. Skin deposits start at about $0.10. For cards and crypto the site does not show a minimum until you pick a region.

Coins are the internal unit, valued by the site at about $0.614 each. We found no card or crypto deposit fee.
What does a payout look like?
Per the site, skins leave P2P with no KYC and no limits. Crypto can go out in BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, USDC, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, XRP and DOGE, with an identity check once cumulative withdrawals reach 4,500 coins, roughly $2,763 at the site's rate. Swapped, a conversion to fiat, is also listed, but we could not confirm its terms. There is no direct card or bank payout.
The pages we saw give no minimum, maximum, fee or processing time, and say nothing about the 7-day Steam hold on some traded items.
Downside: without limits or timings you cannot work out in advance what you will receive or when. If you plan a large withdrawal, ask support before you deposit.
What can the fairness page prove?
We could check the method, not the margin. Provably fair, a way to verify a round afterwards, is offered for roulette, cases, coinflip and case battles through the public /fairness page. Match betting is outside it, because real matches decide the result. The site does not publish RTP as a number.
The house edge is the share of each stake the site keeps. The help centre gives 6.66% for roulette, 8.8% for cases and battles, and 0.5% for coinflip. That means about 6.66 coins of every 100 staked in roulette and 8.80 in cases. We did not verify any of these figures.
Where does the site contradict itself?
Three places. The first is the margin: the FAQ says roulette is about 2.70% and cases 5% or 10%, against 6.66% and 8.8% in the help centre. We put the help centre first and show both.
The second is the licence. The footer cites OGL/2024/1183/0869 for Moonrail Limited B.V., Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao. We found that entry in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register dated 21 Sep 2026, with expiry 31 Mar 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress". So the number exists, but we cannot confirm it is valid today.
The third is geography, covered below.
Downside: an expiry date in the past and an open assessment leave the licence unconfirmed. If a licence matters to you, ask the site or the regulator before depositing.
Why do the ratings split so far?
Trustpilot shows 2.9 from 3,664 reviews on a profile claimed since February 2018. Casino.guru shows a Safety Index of 9.1 out of 10, with one complaint over the whole period, rejected, and terms rated Fair. They measure different things, and we did not verify the Casino.guru figure.

As of 29 Sep 2026, 68.2% of reviews were five-star and 11.4% one-star, yet the score is 2.9, because Trustpilot uses its own formula. We also read 20 recent English reviews covering 14 May to 12 Sep 2026: 14 gave one star, 2 gave two and 4 gave five. Blocks and refused withdrawals came up 5 times, KYC delays 3 times, and scam accusations 4 times. Reviews can be emotional or not genuine, so we take no rules from them.
Which terms of service rules matter?
The ToS "Restriction of Use" section bans 31 entries, and the restriction also covers the country where your card is registered. Among them are the United States as a whole, Britain and its dependencies, and the Netherlands, Curaçao included. Four entries cover territories, so the real reach is wider than 31 countries.

The list can change, so reread it before you register.
What happened when we asked support one question?
On 30 Sep 2026 we asked the live chat how to deposit with Visa. A bot passed the chat to a human, who answered in under a minute. A night check around 3 a.m. local time on 1 Oct 2026 was also answered.

That earns 5.0, but it rests on a single question, so it can move. The help centre also lists [email protected]. We found no mobile app.
Pros and cons: who should pick it and who should skip

This is for adults: 18 or over, and more where local law says so. Compare the restricted list above with your country, since it covers the US, the UK and Australia. Spend only what a loss would not hurt. Our link earns us a commission, as described on the affiliate disclosure page, and our responsible play page covers limits.
Score: 3.7 of 5: open payouts, thin bonus
Support at 5.0 and deposit and withdrawal at 4.0 carry the score: a human answer in under a minute, and skins and 11 coins going out with a named KYC threshold of 4,500 coins.
Promo and modes sit lowest, both at 3.0. The promo score reflects a single free case and no deposit bonus, and modes reflects five modes counted under our rubric of 3 to 5. Fairness and trust sit at 3.5 each, held back by the unpublished RTP, the licence status and the 2.9 Trustpilot score. See the reviews index for the other brands.
