The main thing to know about CSGORoll is that nothing you hold there can be paid to a card or a bank account. Coins leave only as skins, and crypto leaves only through a second currency called Roll Chips. The site has eleven game modes plus esports betting, which is why it scores 5.0 for modes, but we found no gambling licence and Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 2,631 reviews.
We checked the site on 29 Sep 2026 on a new account signed in through Steam, and read the Terms of Service of 12 Aug 2026, the FAQ and the cashier. We did not deposit or withdraw, so anything about payout speed comes from the rules as written and from reviews.

Where the banner and the rules part ways
The rules say "We are not a gambling site", and Roll Chips are described as a sweepstakes mechanic. The same site runs cases, crash, roulette, esports betting and a crypto exit. We found no licensing authority in the rules, so a dispute has no regulator to go to.
The terms also say Coins cannot be exchanged for real money or other things of value, yet Coins are exchanged for skins. The rules never explain how those two statements fit. Verification has the same problem: identity verification has been mandatory for everyone since 2024, while extra KYC is requested when top-ups pass 2,000 coins, and no document list or review time is given.
The code against the banner: what a new account is given
According to the partner, code CS2check gives the invited player 3 free cases and a 5% bonus on every top-up. The bonus is capped at $100 per 24 hours, which the FAQ confirms, so a $100 top-up brings $5. It applies to cards, bank transfer and crypto, not to skins or gift cards, and one account keeps one code permanently. Referrers earn 1% and above on wagers, per the partner.
On 1 Oct 2026 we entered the code on a fresh test account and the site accepted it, in Rewards, on the Free tab, under Account Rewards at the bottom right. The box at the top of the Rewards page, with the hint "Use ROLL", answered "Could not find promo code" to the same attempt. We did not record the credited amounts, so the offer stays the partner's description and the promo criterion stays at 3.5.
Separately, the sign-up page advertises 10% on a first top-up up to 2,000 coins and 6 cases without any code, while inside the account on 1 Oct a banner said 7.5%. The rules and FAQ do not say whether 7.5% and 5% combine.
Downside: three different first-deposit percentages (10%, 7.5%, 5%) appear in three places and the site never reconciles them. If the bonus decides your choice, read the cashier line "Includes a ... First Deposit Bonus" before you pay.
Reputation split: 68.5% five-star, TrustScore 2.5

Five-star reviews are 68.5% (1,799) and one-star are 18.8% (495). The simple average of that split is about 4.1, yet the TrustScore is 2.5, a gap we cannot explain. We read the 20 latest English reviews, 17 Aug to 25 Sep 2026: 10 were one-star (50%) and 5 were five-star (25%).
Seven mention lag or outages, five doubt the fairness of games, and two describe account blocks. None of the 20 mention withdrawal delays, KYC or fees. Twenty reviews show mood, not statistics, and 3 were written at the company's invitation.
Is it fair, and what we could check
Provably fair lets you recompute a round yourself. Per the site it uses SHA-256 with a server seed, a client seed and a nonce, with a public verifier. The site says verification covers Roll, Cases, Case Battles and Community Cases, which is 4 of 11 modes. For Case Royale, Cluck 'N' Boom, Crash, Plinko, Dice, PVP 2.0 and Arms Dealer we found no confirmation, and we ran no verification ourselves.
RTP, the share of stakes paid back on average, was not found on 29 Sep. A 24 Sep 2026 version showed 90% for cases and Case Royale, 93.3% for Roll, 93.34% for Crash and 95% for Dice, none rechecked. At 90% the site keeps 10 cents of each dollar, at 95% it keeps 5.
Downside: seven modes without confirmed verification and no confirmed RTP anywhere means you cannot price the play against other sites. Read the RTP in the game interface before you stake.
Getting money in: Coins for fiat, Chips for crypto
Cards, Google Pay, AliPay, skins and PayPal gift cards are credited in Roll Coins. Any of the 12 supported cryptocurrencies is credited in Roll Chips. The minimum on a card is 10 coins, about €6.17, and the cashier showed 61.64 € for 100 coins (we also recorded 61.69 €).

The choice of method also fixes the exit, so decide it before paying. Coins can go out only as skins. Chips have a route to crypto, with a play requirement described next.
Downside: a rough rate of "about 1 USD per coin" circulates, but the cashier asks about €0.62 per coin. Recalculate in the payment window, and we found no top-up fee to subtract.
Getting money out: which door actually opens
There is no withdrawal to a card or bank account. The two doors are skins and Chips.
Skins. Roll Coins are exchanged for CS2 skins on a peer-to-peer market, where another user sends the item by Steam trade and the timing depends on that seller. The daily limit is 1,000 coins plus that day's top-up, with manual review above it. The site does not say whether the limit applies to selling skins or to exchanging coins.
Crypto. Only Chips won in games played with Chips convert, so a crypto deposit cannot simply be taken back. The terms require Roll Coins to be wagered once (1x) before Chips won in play are redeemable. The Chips withdrawal screen was locked at a zero balance, so we did not see the minimum, the limits or the network fee.
Trades sit under Steam's 7-day hold, during which a trade can be reversed. To soften that, the site advances coins against a pending trade through Instant Credits, in 8 tiers from 0 to 12,500 coins. The first tier is 0, and we did not find how to reach the next one.
Downside: we did not find the fees the market keeps when you buy or sell skins. If you plan to cash out through skins, compare the final skin price elsewhere before you commit coins.
One question to the chat: how support held up
Our test question to the chat on 30 Sep 2026 was about paying by Visa, and an agent replied in under a minute, pointing to the deposit section. We wrote again at in the small hours of 1 Oct and it answered, which confirms an around-the-clock chat from two checks. The ticket form promises an answer within 24 hours.

The 5.0 here rests on speed from two checks, so it says little about hard cases.

- Operator and company number named openly.
Cons:
- No gambling licence found.

- Trustpilot 2.5, with half of the 20 recent reviews at one star.
Before your first deposit
Adults only: 18 is the minimum, and a higher age in your own country's law overrides it. Terms of 12 Aug 2026 close 32 countries entirely, including Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus, and block part of the service in another 28 unique entries, among them Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Turkey. The two lists conflict (Ukraine is on both), and the rules do not say what a partial ban removes. Check your country and skip VPN workarounds.
Play only what you can afford to lose; our responsible play page lists help options. Our button pays us a commission, while your terms stay the same (affiliate disclosure).
Score: 3.5 of 5: wide game choice, weak cashout and trust
Modes score 5.0 for eleven games plus esports betting, and support scores 5.0 for two fast chat answers. The two lowest are trust at 2.0, because we found no licence and Trustpilot sits at 2.5, and cash at 2.5, because there is no card exit and crypto goes through Chips. Fairness is 3.0 and the promo 3.5.
It suits a player who wants variety and is content to take skins out. If you need a card payout or crypto without Chips, look elsewhere in our reviews.
